San Felipe de Jesús (Saint)
San Felipe de Jesús, also known as Saint Philip of Jesus, was a Mexican martyr born in 1572. He is recognized for his dedication to the Catholic Church and his missionary work in Japan. San Felipe was captured during a time of persecution against Christians and was executed in 1597, becoming one of the first Mexican martyrs.
