Salisbury National Cemetery
Salisbury National Cemetery is located in Salisbury, North Carolina, and serves as a burial ground for veterans and their families. Established in 1865, it was originally created to honor Union soldiers who died during the American Civil War while imprisoned at the nearby Salisbury Confederate Prison.
