Saint Casimir
Saint Casimir is a revered figure in the Catholic Church, known for his piety and commitment to a life of virtue. Born in 1458 in Poland, he was the son of Casimir IV Jagiellon, the King of Poland. Casimir dedicated himself to God from a young age, choosing a life of celibacy and service, and he became known for his charitable works and deep faith.
He is the patron saint of Poland and Lithuania, celebrated for his role in promoting peace and unity. Saint Casimir died at the young age of 25 in 1484, and his feast day is observed on March 4. His legacy continues to inspire many in their spiritual journeys.
