Saint Aethelwold
Saint Aethelwold was a prominent English bishop and a key figure in the monastic reform movement during the 10th century. Born around 909, he became the Bishop of Winchester and played a significant role in revitalizing monastic life in England. Aethelwold was known for promoting the Rule of Saint Benedict, which emphasized community living and spiritual discipline.
