SLV-3
The SLV-3, or Satellite Launch Vehicle-3, was India's first experimental satellite launch vehicle developed by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). It was designed to place small payloads into low Earth orbit and played a crucial role in advancing India's space capabilities.
The SLV-3 successfully launched its first satellite, Aryabhata, in 1975. This marked a significant milestone for India, demonstrating the country's growing expertise in space technology and paving the way for future developments in satellite and launch vehicle design.
