S.I. Hayakawa
S.I. Hayakawa was a Canadian-born American linguist, semanticist, and politician, known for his work in the field of language and meaning. He served as a professor at San Francisco State University and authored several influential books, including "Language in Thought and Action," which explores the relationship between language and perception.
