Rodizio is a traditional Brazilian dining style that features a continuous service of various types of grilled meats. Guests are seated at a table and provided with a small card, usually red on one side and green on the other. When the green side is facing up, servers will bring skewers of meat to the table, offering slices until the guest indicates they are full by flipping the card to red.
This dining experience often includes a buffet of side dishes, such as salads, rice, and beans, allowing diners to complement the meats with a variety of flavors. Rodizio is popular in Brazilian steakhouses, known as churrascarias, and emphasizes a communal and festive atmosphere.
