Railway Recruitment Board
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is an organization in India responsible for recruiting personnel for various positions in the Indian Railways. Established in 1998, it aims to ensure a fair and efficient selection process for candidates applying for jobs in the railway sector. The RRB conducts examinations and interviews to fill vacancies in different categories, including technical and non-technical roles.
Each RRB operates under the Ministry of Railways and has its own regional office. The boards are responsible for notifying job openings, conducting recruitment exams, and managing the selection process. This helps maintain a skilled workforce to support the operations of the Indian Railways.
