RS Constitution
The RS Constitution refers to the foundational legal document that outlines the structure, principles, and functions of the Republic of Serbia. It establishes the framework for governance, including the separation of powers among the executive, legislative, and judicial branches. The Constitution also guarantees fundamental rights and freedoms for all citizens, ensuring equality and justice.
Adopted in 2006, the RS Constitution replaced the previous constitution following Serbia's independence from the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro. It reflects the country's commitment to democracy, rule of law, and human rights, serving as a guiding document for the nation's legal and political systems.
