Queen Mariana Victoria
Queen Mariana Victoria was a Spanish queen born on December 31, 1718, in Lisbon, Portugal. She was the daughter of King John V of Portugal and Queen Maria Anna of Austria. Mariana Victoria became the queen consort of King Ferdinand VI of Spain when they married in 1739.
Her reign was marked by her support for the arts and her involvement in charitable works. After her husband's death in 1759, she retired from public life and spent her remaining years in the royal palace. Mariana Victoria passed away on May 15, 1781, in Madrid, Spain.
