Pu Yi
Pu Yi was the last Emperor of China, ruling from 1908 until his abdication in 1912. Born in 1906, he became emperor at just two years old, during the Qing Dynasty. His reign was marked by political turmoil and the decline of imperial power in China.
After his abdication, Pu Yi lived in exile and was later installed as a puppet emperor by the Japanese during their occupation of Manchuria in the 1930s. Following World War II, he was captured by the Soviet Union and eventually returned to China, where he lived a reformed life until his death in 1967.
