Princess Victoria of Saxe-Coburg
Princess Victoria of Saxe-Coburg was born on April 17, 1822, in Germany. She was the daughter of Prince Edward, Duke of Kent and Princess Victoria of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld. Victoria became known for her close ties to the British royal family, particularly as the mother of Queen Victoria, who reigned from 1837 to 1901.
Victoria married Prince Louis of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha in 1840, and they had several children. Her lineage played a significant role in European royal connections, as her descendants married into various royal families across the continent, further intertwining the histories of these nations.
