Prince Friedrich of Schleswig
Prince Friedrich of Schleswig was a member of the Danish royal family, born on July 1, 1820. He was the son of King Frederick VI of Denmark and Queen Marie of Denmark. Friedrich played a significant role in the political landscape of the time, particularly concerning the issues surrounding the duchies of Schleswig and Holstein.
Friedrich became known for his efforts to promote the interests of the German population in Schleswig and Holstein. His political activities were closely tied to the broader conflicts between Denmark and Germany during the 19th century, especially during the Second Schleswig War in 1864. He passed away on April 14, 1881.
