Pigeon Rocks
Pigeon Rocks, also known as Raouché, are iconic natural rock formations located off the coast of Beirut, Lebanon. These towering limestone structures rise dramatically from the Mediterranean Sea and are a popular tourist attraction, offering stunning views and a picturesque backdrop for photography.
The rocks are named for the numerous pigeons that inhabit the area. They are part of a larger geological formation and are accessible by boat or from the nearby coastal promenade. Pigeon Rocks are not only a symbol of Beirut but also a significant part of the region's natural heritage.
