Philippe of Belgium
Philippe of Belgium, born on April 15, 1960, is the current King of the Belgians. He ascended to the throne on July 21, 2013, following the abdication of his father, King Albert II. Philippe is the first Belgian king to have been born after the establishment of the Belgian monarchy in 1831.
As king, Philippe represents Belgium at official events and plays a significant role in promoting national unity. He is married to Queen Mathilde, and they have four children. Philippe is known for his commitment to social issues and his efforts to strengthen Belgium's international relations.
