Peter II
Peter II was the last king of the Yugoslav Kingdom, reigning from 1934 until 1945. He became king at just 11 years old after the assassination of his father, King Alexander I. His reign was marked by political instability and the rise of fascism in Europe, leading to the invasion of Yugoslavia by Axis powers during World War II.
After the war, Peter II went into exile and lived in various countries, including the United States and France. In 1947, he was officially deposed by the new communist government of Yugoslavia, which abolished the monarchy. He spent the rest of his life in exile until his death in 1970.
