Passu Cones
Passu Cones are a group of distinctive, pyramid-shaped peaks located in the Hunza Valley of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. These natural formations rise dramatically from the surrounding landscape, reaching heights of over 6,000 meters. The unique shape and rugged terrain make them a popular subject for photography and a favorite destination for trekkers and climbers.
The Passu Cones are primarily composed of sedimentary rock, shaped by centuries of erosion and glacial activity. Their striking appearance is enhanced by the contrasting colors of the surrounding valleys and rivers, particularly the turquoise waters of the Hunza River. This stunning scenery attracts tourists and nature enthusiasts from around the world.
