Party Dictatorship
Party dictatorship is a political system where a single political party controls the government and society, often suppressing opposition and dissent. In this system, the ruling party makes all significant decisions, and citizens typically have limited political freedoms. The party's ideology often dictates policies and governance, leading to a lack of pluralism.
In a party dictatorship, leaders are usually not elected through free and fair elections. Instead, power is maintained through propaganda, censorship, and sometimes violence. Historical examples include the Soviet Union under the Communist Party and North Korea under the Workers' Party.
