Paper Marbling
Paper marbling is an art form that involves creating colorful patterns on paper by floating paint on a liquid surface. Artists use a special solution, often made from water and a thickening agent, to hold the paint in place. They then drop or swirl different colors of paint onto the surface, creating unique designs.
Once the desired pattern is achieved, a sheet of paper is carefully laid on top of the liquid. The paint adheres to the paper, capturing the design. After lifting the paper, it is rinsed and dried, resulting in a beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece of art.
