Pablo de Tarso
Pablo de Tarso, also known as Saint Paul, was an important figure in early Christianity. Born in Tarsus, a city in modern-day Turkey, he initially persecuted Christians before experiencing a profound conversion on the road to Damascus. After this event, he became a dedicated missionary, spreading the teachings of Jesus Christ throughout the Roman Empire.
Pablo is credited with writing many of the letters, or epistles, found in the New Testament. These writings address various communities and provide guidance on Christian beliefs and practices. His efforts significantly shaped the development of early Christian theology and helped establish the foundations of the Christian Church.
