PRIDE Fighting Championships
PRIDE Fighting Championships was a prominent mixed martial arts (MMA) organization based in Japan, active from 1997 to 2007. Known for its high-profile events, PRIDE showcased fighters from various disciplines, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and wrestling. The organization gained a reputation for its exciting matchups and unique rules, such as allowing soccer kicks and knees to the head of a grounded opponent.
