P. T. Usha
P. T. Usha, often referred to as the "Queen of Indian Track and Field," is a former Indian athlete known for her exceptional sprinting abilities. Born on June 27, 1964, in Kozhikode, Kerala, she gained international fame in the 1980s, particularly for her performances in the 400 meters and 4x400 meters relay events. Usha represented India in several prestigious competitions, including the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.
