Out of Body
"Out of Body" experiences, often referred to as OBEs, are phenomena where individuals feel as though they are perceiving the world from a location outside their physical body. These experiences can occur during sleep, meditation, or near-death situations, and are often described as a sensation of floating or observing oneself from a distance.
Research into OBEs has explored various explanations, including psychological, neurological, and spiritual perspectives. Some scientists suggest that these experiences may result from brain activity during altered states of consciousness, while others consider them to be a form of dissociation or a spiritual experience.
