Astral Projection
Astral projection is a phenomenon where an individual's consciousness is said to separate from their physical body, allowing them to experience a different realm or dimension. This experience is often described as an out-of-body experience, where the person feels they can travel freely and observe their surroundings from a different perspective.
Many cultures and spiritual traditions, including Buddhism and Hinduism, have references to astral travel. While some people report vivid experiences during meditation or sleep, scientific evidence supporting the existence of astral projection remains limited, and it is often considered a subjective experience rather than a proven phenomenon.
