Okayama Castle
Okayama Castle, also known as "Crow Castle" due to its black exterior, is a historic Japanese castle located in Okayama Prefecture. Built in 1597 by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, it served as a strategic military base and a residence for feudal lords. The castle features a unique architectural style and is surrounded by a beautiful park.
The castle was destroyed during World War II but was reconstructed in 1966. Today, Okayama Castle is a popular tourist destination, offering visitors a chance to explore its museum and enjoy views of the nearby Korakuen Garden, one of Japan's most famous gardens.
