The Ohio Capitol is the seat of government for the state of Ohio, located in Columbus. Completed in 1861, the building features a distinctive Greek Revival architectural style, characterized by its large dome and portico. It houses the offices of the Governor and the Ohio General Assembly, which includes both the House of Representatives and the Senate.
