November-class
The November-class is a series of nuclear-powered submarines used by the Soviet Navy. These submarines were designed during the Cold War and are known for their ability to operate stealthily underwater while carrying ballistic missiles. The November-class submarines played a significant role in the strategic deterrence capabilities of the Soviet Union.
These submarines are characterized by their distinctive hull shape and were among the first to incorporate nuclear propulsion. The November-class has been largely retired, but they laid the groundwork for future submarine designs, influencing the development of later classes such as the Delta-class and Typhoon-class.
