Noor Al-Hussein
Noor Al-Hussein is a prominent Jordanian royal and humanitarian. Born on February 23, 1951, she is the daughter of King Talal of Jordan and Queen Zein and is known for her advocacy in various social issues, particularly in education and women's rights. She has held several important positions, including serving as the first lady of Jordan from 1978 until her divorce in 1999.
In addition to her royal duties, Noor Al-Hussein founded the King Hussein Foundation, which focuses on improving the quality of life for Jordanians. She has also been involved with international organizations, promoting peace and development in the Middle East.
