Nobunaga
Oda Nobunaga was a powerful Japanese daimyo (feudal lord) during the late 16th century. He played a crucial role in the unification of Japan during the Sengoku period, a time marked by social upheaval and constant military conflict. Nobunaga is known for his innovative military tactics and for introducing firearms to Japanese warfare.
Nobunaga's reign began in 1549, and he expanded his territory through strategic alliances and conquests. He is often remembered for his ruthless approach to enemies and his efforts to centralize power. His life ended in 1582 when he was betrayed by one of his generals, Akechi Mitsuhide, leading to his death.
