Nobel Truths
The "Noble Truths" are central teachings in Buddhism that outline the nature of suffering and the path to its cessation. There are four truths: the truth of suffering (Dukkha), the truth of the cause of suffering (craving and attachment), the truth of the end of suffering (achieving Nirvana), and the truth of the path leading to the end of suffering (the Eightfold Path).
These truths serve as a framework for understanding human experience and guide practitioners in their spiritual journey. By recognizing and addressing the causes of suffering, individuals can work towards a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
