Nh
Nh, or Nihonium, is a synthetic element with the atomic number 113. It was first officially recognized in 2016 and is named after Nihon, the Japanese word for Japan. Nihonium is classified as a post-transition metal and is part of the p-block of the periodic table.
Due to its short half-life, Nihonium is highly unstable and has only been produced in minute amounts in laboratories. Its most stable isotope, Nh-286, has a half-life of about 20 milliseconds. As a result, there are no practical applications for Nihonium outside of scientific research.
