Negoiu Peak
Negoiu Peak is the second highest mountain in the Făgăraș Mountains of Romania, standing at 2,535 meters (8,343 feet). It is a popular destination for hikers and climbers, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape and diverse flora and fauna.
The peak is part of the Carpathian Mountains and is accessible via several marked trails. The most common route starts from the Bâlea Lake, a glacial lake located nearby. The area is known for its natural beauty and is a key part of the Southern Carpathians National Park.
