National Spiritual Assemblies
National Spiritual Assemblies are governing bodies in the Bahá'í Faith that oversee the affairs of the community within a specific country. Each assembly is elected annually by local Bahá'í communities and is responsible for implementing the teachings of Bahá'u'lláh, the founder of the faith, and promoting unity and service among its members.
These assemblies play a crucial role in coordinating activities, such as education and social development projects, and representing the Bahá'í community to the wider society. They also contribute to the global Bahá'í administrative structure, which includes the Universal House of Justice as the highest governing body.
