Nanas
Nanas, commonly known as pineapples, are tropical fruits characterized by their sweet and tangy flavor. They have a rough, spiky exterior and a juicy, yellow interior. Nanas grow in clusters on the ground and are native to South America, but they are now cultivated in many warm regions around the world.
Rich in vitamins, particularly vitamin C, and minerals, nanas are not only delicious but also nutritious. They are often used in cooking, baking, and beverages, such as piña coladas. Additionally, nanas contain bromelain, an enzyme that may aid digestion and reduce inflammation.
