Nam Phuong
Nam Phuong was the last Empress of Vietnam, known for her beauty and grace. Born in 1914, she was the daughter of a prominent Vietnamese family and became the wife of Emperor Bao Dai, the last emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty. Her reign as empress lasted from 1934 until the abdication of her husband in 1945.
After the fall of the monarchy, Nam Phuong lived in exile in France and later in Vietnam. She was known for her contributions to Vietnamese culture and her efforts to preserve traditional customs. Nam Phuong passed away in 2000, leaving behind a legacy as a symbol of Vietnamese royalty.
