NGC 4771
NGC 4771 is a barred spiral galaxy located in the constellation Virgo. It is approximately 60 million light-years away from Earth and is part of the Virgo Cluster, a group of galaxies that are gravitationally bound together.
This galaxy has a diameter of about 100,000 light-years and features a prominent central bar structure. NGC 4771 is notable for its bright core and well-defined spiral arms, which contain regions of active star formation. It was first cataloged by the astronomer John Louis Emil Dreyer in 1888.
