Mundari People
The Mundari people are an ethnic group primarily found in the central region of South Sudan. They are known for their pastoral lifestyle, raising cattle as a central part of their culture and economy. The Mundari speak the Mundari language, which is part of the larger Nilo-Saharan language family.
Traditionally, the Mundari people live in small, semi-nomadic communities, moving with their herds to find grazing land. Their social structure is organized around clans, and they have rich cultural practices, including music, dance, and rituals that celebrate their connection to cattle and the land.
