Moshoeshoe II
Moshoeshoe II was the king of Lesotho from 1960 until his death in 1996. He was the son of Moshoeshoe I, the founder of the Basotho nation. After a period of exile, he returned to the throne in 1990, during a time of political turmoil in the country. His reign focused on national unity and development.
