Mincha
Mincha is the afternoon prayer in Jewish tradition, typically recited after midday and before sunset. It is one of the three daily prayers, alongside Shacharit (morning prayer) and Maariv (evening prayer). Mincha consists of a series of blessings and the recitation of the Amidah, a central prayer that expresses gratitude and requests for help.
The prayer can be performed individually or in a group, often in a synagogue. Mincha is significant as it provides an opportunity for reflection and connection with God during the day. It is customary to recite Mincha with a sense of mindfulness and intention.
