Milan Obrenović
Milan Obrenović was a Serbian prince and later king, born on December 22, 1854. He played a significant role in the modernization of Serbia during the late 19th century. His reign saw the establishment of a constitutional monarchy and various reforms aimed at improving education, infrastructure, and the economy.
Milan's leadership was marked by political challenges, including conflicts with rival factions and foreign powers. He abdicated the throne in 1889 but returned to power briefly before his final abdication in 1892. Milan Obrenović is remembered for his contributions to the development of modern Serbia.
