MBTI
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality assessment tool designed to categorize individuals into 16 distinct personality types. It is based on the psychological theories of Carl Jung, who proposed that people have different preferences in how they perceive the world and make decisions. The MBTI evaluates four dichotomies: Introversion vs. Extraversion, Sensing vs. Intuition, Thinking vs. Feeling, and Judging vs. Perceiving.
Each personality type is represented by a four-letter code, such as INTJ or ESFP, which reflects an individual's preferences. The MBTI is widely used in various settings, including personal development, career counseling, and team building, to help people understand themselves and improve their interactions with others.
