Múlagljökull glacier
Múlagljökull glacier is a large glacier located in southeast Iceland, part of the larger Vatnajökull glacier system. It flows down from the Vatnajökull ice cap and is known for its stunning blue ice and dramatic icebergs that calve into the adjacent Jökulsárlón glacial lagoon.
The glacier is approximately 45 kilometers long and is a popular destination for tourists and researchers alike. It plays a significant role in the local ecosystem and is a key indicator of climate change, as its size and flow have been affected by rising temperatures over the years.
