Lyuben Karavelov was a prominent Bulgarian writer, journalist, and revolutionary born on March 18, 1834, in the town of Koprivshtitsa. Karavelov is best known for his contributions to Bulgarian literature, particularly his short stories and essays that highlighted the struggles of the Bulgarian people.
