Lucio Gutiérrez
Lucio Gutiérrez is an Ecuadorian politician and former military officer who served as the President of Ecuador from 2003 to 2005. He was born on March 23, 1957, in the city of Quito. Gutiérrez initially gained popularity for his promises to address poverty and corruption in the country.
