Louis II of Nevers
Louis II of Nevers was a French nobleman born in 1430. He was the son of Philip the Bold, Duke of Burgundy, and Margaret III of Flanders. Louis became the Count of Nevers and was known for his involvement in the political affairs of the Burgundian court during the late 15th century.
He played a significant role in the conflicts between the Burgundian and French crowns. Louis II was also a patron of the arts and contributed to the cultural development of his region. He died in 1466, leaving a legacy tied to the complex history of Burgundy and its influence in France.
