Lothar von Richthofen
Lothar von Richthofen was a German fighter pilot during World War I, known for being the younger brother of the famous ace Manfred von Richthofen, also known as the "Red Baron." Born on September 27, 1894, he became one of the top-scoring pilots of the war, achieving 40 confirmed aerial victories.
Lothar served in the Luftstreitkräfte, the air service of the German Army, and was recognized for his flying skills and tactical abilities. He was awarded the Pour le Mérite, Germany's highest military honor, for his contributions to aerial combat before his death in 1922.
