Logic Model
A Logic Model is a visual representation that outlines the relationship between a program's resources, activities, outputs, and outcomes. It helps organizations clarify their goals and the steps needed to achieve them. By mapping out these components, stakeholders can better understand how their efforts contribute to desired changes.
Typically, a Logic Model includes five key elements: Inputs, Activities, Outputs, Outcomes, and Impact. Inputs refer to the resources needed, while activities are the actions taken. Outputs are the direct results of those activities, and outcomes represent the changes that occur as a result. Finally, impact reflects the long-term effects of the program.
