Logic Models
A Logic Model is a visual representation that outlines the relationship between a program's resources, activities, outputs, and outcomes. It helps stakeholders understand how a program is intended to work by illustrating the connections between what is done and the expected results. Logic models are commonly used in program planning, evaluation, and communication.
Typically, a logic model includes five key components: inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes, and impact. By clearly defining these elements, organizations can better assess their effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and communicate their goals to funders and participants.
