Liquid Metals
Liquid metals are materials that remain in a liquid state at or near room temperature. One of the most well-known examples is gallium, which melts at about 29.76°C (85.57°F). These metals can flow and take the shape of their containers, making them useful in various applications, including electronics and cooling systems.
Another interesting liquid metal is mercury, which is unique because it is the only metal that is liquid at standard conditions. Liquid metals have low viscosity and high thermal conductivity, making them valuable in fields like materials science and engineering for innovative technologies and research.
