Leshan Giant Buddha
The Leshan Giant Buddha is a monumental statue located in Leshan, China. Carved out of a cliff face during the Tang Dynasty in the 8th century, it stands approximately 71 meters (233 feet) tall, making it the largest stone Buddha statue in the world.
